Experis is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a large-scale program within a global pharmaceutical organization. This remote role (US-based) favors East/Central time zones, with quarterly travel to NJ/PA.

The position is a 6+ month contract with target pay of 70-75/hr W2, and collaboration across scientific, operational, and technology teams. Ideal candidates bring pharma R&D project experience, knowledge of GxP, and strong stakeholder

Competenze

7+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
Experience leading digital transformation, technology implementation, or process improvement initiatives in pharma/biotech.
Exposure to GxP, quality, compliance, and validated systems.
Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map processes, and translate business needs into tech solutions.

Mansioni

Lead digital transformation and technology implementation within pharma R&D and scientific ops.
Collaborate with business, scientific, and tech stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and provide executive reporting.
