Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead project execution from inception to completion. You will own SOW creation, scope planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence across pharma accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years in pharma project management, with proficiency in Workfront/Jira and strong communication skills to operate in a dynamic, global agency environment. Hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment.
• Experience with timeline development and budget management.
• Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and own Scope of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with agency teams to plan, staff, forecast and allocate resources.
• Manage workflow and keep projects on time and on budget.
• Develop timelines, provide estimates and flag budget/timing concerns.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and client reviews as needed.
• Define program requirements with internal teams and clients.
