Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand the prescriber network in the greater San Antonio, TX area. This field-based role involves building relationships with physicians, clinics, and wellness centers to drive growth and provide customized compounding solutions.

Reporting to Regional Sales Leadership, you will execute territory plans, deliver in‑person education, and collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Pharmacy Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70–80% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Prospect new prescribers and establish relationships with clinics and providers.
• Deliver clinical education and presentations to prescribers and healthcare teams.
• Maintain CRM records for provider interactions and pipeline progression.
• Represent Strive at local and regional medical conferences to generate opportunities.
