Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Track record of growing sales within own territory.
• Ability to articulate clinical sales messages to healthcare providers.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Veeva) and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographic area to target key decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs across multiple medical subspecialties.
• Manage hybrid relationships via in-person and virtual engagement.
• Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
• Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and ROI.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goal.
• Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
