Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal projects from inception to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality results. The role supports client engagements and aligns with account and department leads to meet performance targets.

You will contribute to agency processes, foster collaboration, and uphold professionalism within a fast-moving environment, with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to onboard and train others at the Associate level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Planning: develop program workplans and define requirements.
• Execution: manage work, ensure quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Resource management: monitor staffing and capacity.
• Financial: estimate hours, budgets, and costs; monitor expenditures.
• Client interface: participate in status meetings and problem-solve challenges.
• Agency interface: define processes and maintain documentation.
• Risk management: mitigate risks and escalate as needed.
• Collaboration: coordinate with account and department leads.
