Qualifications

• Experience managing people or leading teams and projects directly.
• 10+ years in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related fields preferred.
• Direct experience with Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for pipeline projects.
• Support projects utilizing internal and external teams and partners.
• Assist in decision-making through risk analyses and scenario planning.
• Facilitate participation in management reviews and cross-functional meetings.
• Manage project collaboration through SharePoint sites.
• Provide comprehensive meeting management support, including planning and documentation.
• Ensure timely product project reporting and track progress of multiple teams.
