You will coordinate cross-functional teams across departments to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 10+ years of project management experience in pharma, a bachelor's degree, and PMP preferred. Strong planning, communication, and regulatory understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional projects across organizational levels.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously, with scope, schedule and budget oversight.
• Develop, communicate, and manage project plans and tracking tools.
• Communicate objectives, timelines, and tasks to cross-functional teams.
• Initiate new projects with stakeholders, set timelines, and resolve obstacles.
• Track the deficiency system and gap analyses for unapproved products to support approvals.
• Identify risks and mitigate them; track milestones and payments if applicable.
• Support director in partner collaborations and business reviews.
