Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to focus on Pharmaceutical projects within the Advanced Technology Group. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Technology, and LV systems across phases from design through construction.

The position supports remote work from anywhere in the United States, with reporting to the Preconstruction/MEP Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, and minimum of 3 years of related estimating experience.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage systems.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules to formulate cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for MEPTLV systems from conceptual design through construction documents.
• Develop bid scopes, quantify takeoffs, and analyze pricing from vendors and bidders.
• Coordinate with engineers, trade partners, and Turner staff to resolve design and constructability issues.
