Job summary

Turner Construction Company is looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to join our Advanced Technology Group, focusing on Biotech and Pharma projects. This role allows for flexibility as it can be performed from anywhere in the United States. A minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in MEP trades and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are required.

The position involves preparing detailed estimates, collaborating with trade partners, and ensuring constructability analysis throughout project phases. Attractive salary range of $150,000.00 - 215,000.00 is offered along with flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage System estimating experience.
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to understand contract documents and project schedules.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and LV system trades.
• Develop working relationships with local suppliers and equipment vendors.
• Communicate designs and constructability issues to the project team.

Skills

Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology and Low Voltage System estimating experience

Critical thinking skills

Education
