Job summary

Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead client-facing teams and ensure satisfaction across projects for pharmaceutical clients.

You will oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines, mentor junior staff, and drive business development within assigned accounts, collaborating with Strategy, Client Services, and Traffic teams. 3+ years in pharma/account roles required; remote-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client projects to meet expectations and profitability.
• Develop project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal teams.
• Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management.
• Monitor budgets and provide periodic budget status updates to the client.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews as applicable.
