Precision AQ, the premier market access marketing agency, is seeking an Account Supervisor in the United States. You will lead client engagements, coordinate cross‑functional project teams, and ensure profitable outcomes while maintaining top client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior staff, develop project briefs, manage budgets, and identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts. The role requires at least 3 years in pharma/medical communications and strong client-facing,

Formación

• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client management activities and coordinate projects to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide direction to support team on project management, budgets and deliverables.
• Mentor junior account team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify market opportunities and support organic growth within accounts.
• Ensure compliance with PhRMA, FDA, OIG and ACCME guidelines.
