Job summary

Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead client relationships and oversee cross-functional project teams. You will ensure client satisfaction, coordinate strategy with internal operations, and drive profitability for all client programs.

The role requires at least 3 years in an account position within pharma/medical communications, with strong client-facing and regulatory review experience, plus a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Account role within a pharma/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and maintain client satisfaction as primary contact.
• Provide direction on project management, budgets, and timelines.
• Mentor and supervise junior account staff; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Support business development by identifying market opportunities within accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and ensure accurate hours and costs are tracked.
