Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing in the United States seeks an Account Supervisor to lead client programs, oversee projects, and ensure satisfaction as the primary client contact. You will liaison between client services leadership, strategy, and operations to drive profitable outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing client agendas, budgeting, mentoring Associates and Executives, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications.
• Daily client-facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client on acceptance of proposal and maintain opportunities.
• Develop client agendas and slide presentations.
• Lead and/or support calls with client and faculty or content experts.
• Review status reports and forward reports to client after each contact.
• Develop project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal team members.
• Provide direction to support team to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate on overall project plan, milestones and deliverables.
• Mentor personnel and conduct performance reviews.
