Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing in the United States is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead client engagements, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure profitable project delivery. You will manage client relationships, develop briefs, and guide budget and staffing decisions while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/med comms, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering on complex programs with attention to regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required

Aufgaben

• Client Management: Assume primary lead for the client upon acceptance of proposal and maintain client opportunities.
• Project Management: Direct and manage projects using internal briefs, templates, and budget tools; collaborate on plans and milestones.
• Leadership: Serve as internal team leader, mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews and develop direct reports.
• Business Development: Identify market opportunities and growth within assigned accounts.
• Finance: Develop proposals and budgets; monitor budgets and ensure hours and costs are tracked.
• Additional Accountabilities: Adhere to industry guidelines, attend internal meetings, ensure quality control and contribute ideas.
