Morris & Dickson Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow RxpertsMD by developing new customer relationships, expanding in an assigned territory, and delivering exceptional service to independent pharmacies and healthcare customers.

You will identify purchasing opportunities, negotiate pricing, and provide consultative sales support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, partnering with customers to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers.
• Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Develop trusted customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Negotiate pricing and secure orders within established company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to help customers improve profitability and meet their purchasing needs.
• Analyze purchasing trends and recommend solutions that support customer profitability and growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Collaborate with operations, customer support, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product availability, and market changes.
