Job summary

Morris & Dickson is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow RxpertsMD by developing new relationships with independent pharmacies and healthcare customers in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will prospect, qualify, negotiate pricing, and deliver solutions that help drive profitability while collaborating with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers.
• Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Develop trusted customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Negotiate pricing and secure orders within established company guidelines.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Collaborate with operations, customer support, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product availability, and market changes.
