You will provide exceptional service to independent pharmacies and healthcare customers, negotiate pricing, and deliver profitable solutions.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, sales-minded, and energized by building a book of business in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare, or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers.
• Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Develop trusted customer relationships via phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Negotiate pricing and secure orders within company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and meet purchasing needs.
• Analyze purchasing trends and recommend solutions for growth.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and escalations.
