Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Business Development, Pharmacy to drive strategic growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and expanding relationships with key partners. The director will lead outbound BD, shape partnership strategies, and support revenue generation through market discovery and solution-oriented selling.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $175,000+ annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in BD and sales in Pharmacy, PBM, HIT sectors.
Proven track record of revenue growth.
Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Experience with solution sales of healthcare software products.
Negotiation experience on complex business agreements.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead outbound business development efforts for market expansion and revenue growth
Develop and execute business development strategies targeting new market segments
Drive contracting success with strategic Pharmacy, PBM, and HIT vendors
Originate new commercial opportunities through market discovery
Architect innovative deal structures and pricing models for partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive strategies and solutions
Own and manage a defined book of business for strategic partnerships
