Job summary

Clutch Creative is seeking an Account Supervisor with HCP or DTC experience to lead a client account on a temp-to-perm basis. Remote, must be located in the US and authorized to work; EST hours.

You will mentor the account team, drive strategic brand growth, and ensure delivery standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Pharma agency experience required, dermatology experience preferred.
• Hands-on and tactical in approach.
• Ability to mentor an established account team.
• Able to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership: Direct day-to-day business, serving as a trusted strategic partner to high-level client stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship & Growth: Lead, inspire, and develop current account team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• High-Impact Delivery: Oversee the execution of complex DTC campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, remain on schedule, and align with client objectives.
• Agile Project Management: Move swiftly across multiple fast-moving workstreams, balancing tactical urgency with long-term strategic vision.
• Client Relationship Management: Successfully navigate and manage a demanding client environment with elevated expectations, delivering thoughtful solutions and clear communications.
