Onward Search is seeking an Account Supervisor or Account Group Supervisor for a 2-month, 100% remote assignment in the United States. You will coordinate HCP marketing initiatives across multiple channels, coordinating Account, PM, Creative, Strategy, Medical, Regulatory, and Production teams to ensure timely, high-quality materials delivery.

The role requires 5–8+ years in pharma advertising or healthcare marketing, solid knowledge of omnichannel campaigns, and strong brief-writing skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in account management or account services in pharma/healthcare marketing
• Experience supporting HCP brands and promotional initiatives in regulated environments
• Experience managing multiple workstreams with deadlines and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong brief-writing skills and involvement in annual brand or strategic planning
• Understanding of MLR review processes and proficiency with MS Office and project management platforms

Responsabilités

Our client in pharmaceutical advertising space is seeking an Account Supervisor or Account Group Supervisor for a 2 month, 100% remote role. This opportunity coordinates HCP marketing initiatives across multiple channels and teams. The position supports integrated campaign execution, strategic planning, and timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Account Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of HCP marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams and audiences.
• Coordinate Account, Project Management, Creative, Strategy, Medical, Regulatory, and Production teams to keep deliverables on track.
• Lead projects through agency workflows from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop creative and tactical briefs that communicate objectives, audience insights, messaging, and requirements.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project status while identifying risks, resolving issues, and providing stakeholder updates.

Account Supervisor Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of account management or account services experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or marketing agency environment.
• Required experience supporting HCP brands is a must along with promotional initiatives, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong brief-writing skills and experience supporting annual brand planning or strategic planning initiatives.
• Understanding of MLR review processes and regulated promotional environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and agency workflow tools.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
