Clutch is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art with pharma agency experience for remote work (ET). The role oversees the art team from concept to delivery, driving multi-channel pharma campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead design execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with strict timelines. A strong portfolio in pharma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are required.

• Hands-on with concepting and visual storytelling.

• Portfolio with pharma samples and immediate availability.

Role: Associate Creative Director, Art - Pharma

Location: Remote (ET)

Rate: $55-79/hr DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee art team end to end.
• Develop for multichannel deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines for DTC pharmaceutical brands.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.

Requirements

• Strong design execution and team management skills required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or advertising agency required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required, Figma preferred!
• Experience across therapeutics with a preference for psoriasis or dermatology brands.
• Must be hands-on and have strong concepting skills.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio site required with relevant pharma samples to share.
• Must be available for an immediate start!
