Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in petroleum exploration geology.
• Master's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related earth science field.
• Proficiency in seismic interpretation, well correlation, and basin analysis.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze geological and geophysical data to identify hydrocarbon plays.
• Develop geological models and maps to define reservoir characteristics.
• Evaluate and rank exploration prospects based on geological risk and reward.
• Collaborate remotely with exploration teams via virtual collaboration tools.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for exploration reviews.
• Maintain and update geological databases.
• Stay current with advancements in interpretation software and exploration technologies.
• Participate in virtual data rooms and prospect review meetings.
• Contribute to development of integrated exploration models.
• Provide geological support for bid rounds and new venture evaluations.
