Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Physics, Geology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in seismic data interpretation.
• Proficiency in IHS Markit, Petrel, Hampson-Russell.
• Strong understanding of seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation principles.
• Experience with geological modeling and prospect evaluation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Interpret 2D and 3D seismic data to identify geological structures and stratigraphic features.
• Perform attribute analysis and velocity modeling.
• Integrate seismic data with well logs, core data, and other geological information.
• Develop subsurface geological models based on geophysical interpretations.
• Identify and de-risk exploration prospects and evaluate potential reservoir zones.
• Collaborate with geologists, reservoir engineers, and other team members.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on geophysical findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the planning and acquisition of new seismic surveys.
• Stay current with advancements in geophysical technology and methodologies.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the interpretation process.
