Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related geoscience.
8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering with emphasis on simulation and modeling.
Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir modeling software (ECLIPSE, Petrel RE).
Experience in reserves estimation and economic evaluation.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

Perform reservoir characterization and performance analysis using advanced simulation software.
Develop and implement enhanced oil recovery strategies and optimize existing reservoirs.
Evaluate exploration and development opportunities with technical recommendations.
Prepare reservoir management plans and production forecasts.
Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, and drilling engineers via virtual channels.
Monitor reservoir data, track KPIs, and report on reservoir health and potential.
