Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings in the United States seeks an Insurance Agent-Sales to educate customers about pet insurance products, assess needs, and guide selecting appropriate coverage. Remote role across North America with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving policy sales.

You will work with a sales-oriented team, meet targets, and engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within 45 days of hire. with support and guidance provided by our company to help you secure the license.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributes to solution innovation and sales efforts, utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, communicate value, and convert prospective clients into policyholders.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by leveraging inbound & outbound sales opportunities, maximizing conversion rates, and achieving productivity objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Educate prospective customers on pet insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development activities to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure licensing, disclosures, and company policies are followed throughout the sales process.
• Lead Management & Follow-Up: Manage inbound leads and sales opportunities promptly to maximize conversion rates.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy information.
• Team Collaboration: Share best practices and support team initiatives.
