Independence Pet Holdings is seeking an Insurance Agent- Sales to educate customers on pet insurance, identify needs, and recommend coverage options. This remote North America role reports to the Sales Supervisor and focuses on meeting sales targets while maintaining compliant, accurate records.

Responsibilities include consultative selling, engaging inbound/outbound leads, and ongoing training to stay current with regulations and product offerings. Commission eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 45 days with company support.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on pet insurance products and coverage options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain compliant, accurate documentation of interactions and policies.
