Job summary

Jobgether is hiring a remote Personal Insurance Sales Specialist in Canada. You will manage incoming leads, quote accurately, and build lasting client relationships while promoting home and auto coverage.

You’ll identify cross-sell opportunities and guide clients through the purchase process, aiming to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You bring 1+ year of personal lines sales experience, Alberta Level 2 license, and strong negotiation skills to close deals

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License required.
• BC Level 1 or 2 license is considered an asset.
• At least 1 year of personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Solid understanding of home and auto insurance products and underwriting.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to assess needs.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and competitive.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales leads and respond promptly with accurate, competitive quotes.
• Generate new business through company-provided leads, networks, and proactive activities.
• Build relationships by understanding clients' insurance needs and coverage requirements.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with clear explanations.
• Recommend home and auto options based on individual circumstances.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow value.
• Drive sales conversions with negotiation and closing techniques.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Ensure recommendations and transactions comply with underwriting guidelines.
• Manage multiple inquiries and opportunities with high service standards.
