Job summary

Firefly Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Trainer to train and mentor independent insurance agents from a home office, with three yearly in-person meetings in Columbus, OH. You’ll guide quoting, servicing, and carrier relationships to maximize agent success.

You’ll use EZLynx, CRM tools, and Office 365 to deliver training, update content, and track progress, while supporting a paperless, customer‑focused culture across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and capable of multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills for teaching and coaching agents.
• Experience guiding agents through quoting and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Train new agents on carrier appetites and quoting/servicing policies.
• Teach quoting language to improve win rates and retention.
• Coach agents on discounts, bundles, and EZLynx features.
• Maintain up-to-date agent-facing content and LMS materials.
• Support agency growth goals through regular check-ins and calls.
