Trellis is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join a remote-first team across the United States. You’ll sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood and more, managing the full sales cycle via phone, text, and email.

Leverage 80+ carrier partners and AI tools to tailor coverage and maximize impact. We offer uncapped earning potential with base salary plus commissions; top performers earn $100K+ annually, with many reaching six-figures.

Competenze

At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license.
2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills - phone and written.
Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt.
