Firefighters Insurance Services is seeking a Manager for Personal Lines (Service) to lead the team, oversee service plans, pipelines, capacity, and performance reporting to deliver a consistent member experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, developing Account Executives and Account Managers, and cross-team collaboration to optimize retention, carrier placement, and overall service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Personal Lines leadership or 10+ years as Account Executive/Manager.
• Experience with Personal Lines processes, underwriting and carrier placement.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty; multi-state preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Personal Lines service plan development, capacity, and performance reporting.
• Oversee service pipeline, work intake, assignments, and SLAs.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members (AEs, AMs, Processors).
• Drive retention and member experience; coordinate with carriers and workflows.
• Mentor team, ensure documentation standards and accountability.
