Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Risk Solutions Consultant to cover the Georgia and Tennessee territory. This fully remote role includes local travel and is a full-time exempt position, supporting risk solutions for Prestige clients in the Personal Lines division.

Responsibilities include on-site risk assessments, risk management guidance, cross-sell analysis, and collaboration with underwriting, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years Risk Solutions/Loss Control field experience.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative; ability to work independently.
• Experience with building construction, homeowner and marine coverages, underwriting and claims.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for numerical/financial evaluation of business performance.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Results orientation and goal-driven mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site policyholder home inspections to evaluate risk and mitigate risk.
• Consult on risk management services including maintenance, disaster preparedness, security, and loss mitigation.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional coverages.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and field teams on risk solutions initiatives.
• Represent the company in associations and industry activities.
