You will work with clients, prospects, and carriers to assess exposures and present coverage options. You will develop new business, nurture relationships, and cross-sell across products while maintaining accurate records in Epic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a business development or sales role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, marketing, and community engagement.
• Consult with clients to identify risks and explain coverage options.
• Create compelling insurance proposals and deliver sales presentations.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify account rounding opportunities.
• Partner with carrier representatives to evaluate policy options.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in Epic.
