Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive in Massachusetts to deliver tailored coverage solutions, win new business, round out existing accounts, and advise clients on coverage options.

You will present proposals, manage client relationships, and collaborate with teams to ensure value and service. Hybrid/remote work options available, with office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.

• Advise clients on coverages and policy options; prepare proposals.
