Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Services is seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Policy Processor II to support underwriting and client servicing in a fully remote role. You will review applications, process policy changes, and ensure data accuracy across accounts, working under the Department Manager and adhering to company standards.

This position emphasizes attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced insurance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of underwriting experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Experience handling policy changes and reinstatements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.

Responsibilities

• Compare application data to policy criteria and approve reinstatement when criteria are met.
• Draft business correspondence for supervisors and professionals.
• Communicate with insured or agent about account status or changes.
• Review documents to determine necessary changes to coverage or policy type.
• Update and process policies to reflect changes in coverage.
• Notify agents and accounting of policy cancellations.
• Process and record new policies and claims; prepare forms.
• Verify data including age, name, and address on applications and policies.
• Enter data into worksheets and systems for document preparation.
• Maintain progress updates with supervisor and manage task priorities.
• Provide backup coverage for phone queues during escalated periods.
• Support department management with additional assignments.
