Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager specializing in Personal Lines for Property & Casualty clients. This remote role focuses on managing client accounts, building relationships, preparing applications, and marketing new and renewal risks.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Personal Lines experience, proficiency with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft, and a commitment to superior service.

Qualifications

• Extensive Personal Lines insurance experience required.
• Ability to prepare applications and market risks.
• Experience with independent agency management systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts focusing on relationships.
• Prepare applications and market new/renewal risks.
• Review contracts and issue COIs.
• Obtain and review quotes.
• Bind and check policies.
• Request endorsements.
• Use EPIC/AMS360/Sagitta/Hawksoft as required.
