Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC seeks an Account Manager for Personal Lines in a fully remote, virtual team environment. You will manage client relationships, prepare applications, market risks, and handle COI issuance, quotes, policy binding, and endorsements.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Personal Lines P&C experience, including many years in full-time roles, and proficiency with Epic or similar agency management systems. Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance (required).
• 10 most current years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks.
• Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Request endorsements.
