Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to remotely manage a book of business, servicing client needs through policy changes, renewals, and endorsements. You will collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate coverage and timely support.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Pennsylvania P&C license, have an associate degree, and bring strong knowledge of personal lines, carrier procedures, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, and carrier procedures.
• Experience with agency systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts remotely.
• Review new business and renewal policies for accuracy and coverage.
• Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and service transactions precisely.
• Build relations with clients, carriers, and colleagues to support retention.
• Market new and renewal business by evaluating carriers and coverage options.
• Guide clients through claim questions and coordinate with carriers.
