Responsibilities

• Policy servicing: process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Correspondence management: handle emails, faxes, and return mail with timely updates.
• Underwriting support: coordinate with carriers and clients to fulfill requirements.
• Proofs of insurance: prepare and deliver accurate documents promptly.
• Team collaboration: work with Account Managers to service books of business.
