Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a growing law firm. This fully remote position requires an active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and offers a starting salary of $100k+ with commission and performance-based bonuses.

The attorney will manage cases from filing to resolution, negotiate settlements, and prepare for trial, while collaborating with paralegals and legal staff in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Litigation experience including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement, trial, or verdict.
• Evaluate cases, conduct legal research, liability assessments, and damages analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain regular client communications on case progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to move cases efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with laws, procedural requirements, and court deadlines.
