Job summary

HireLatam is seeking a Remote Case Manager / Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys and clients through intake to trial preparation. You will serve as the primary liaison, managing cases across discovery and court proceedings in a cloud-based environment.

This fully remote role requires 40 hours weekly with core overlap in CST business hours, plus a quiet home office setup and reliable internet. Prior exposure to US law firms and e-filing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English mastery with executive professionalism and warmth.
• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities to navigate multi-year cases.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solving with eagerness to learn.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and cloud-based file management
• 40 hours per week with core CST hours (8:30–17:00) availability
• Dedicated quiet home office setup, reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Case management across intake to trial preparation and discovery.
• Gathering, organizing, and verifying medical records and key case files from clients.
• Maintain digital case files in cloud-based systems with data integrity.
• Track timelines, deadlines, and milestones across high-volume dockets.
• Coordinate with third parties, including insurance adjusters and medical providers.
• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Schedule consultations, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Collaborate with remote team members and managing attorneys to ensure continuity.
