Tampa-based personal injury law firm seeks a seasoned Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Paralegal for a fully remote role serving Florida clients. You will manage cases from intake through settlement or trial, draft pleadings and discovery, and coordinate medical records, liens, and client communications with attorneys and insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal.
• Knowledge of Florida personal injury claims, litigation procedures, and court deadlines.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active cases and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement, litigation, or trial.
• Maintain organized case files, monitor case progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and assisting with case-related questions.
• Communicate regularly with medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Coordinate medical treatment documentation, records requests, and case-related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and current information in the firm's case management system.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related proceedings.
