Adept Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to monitor 24/7 applications, respond to alerts, and escalate issues in real time. This role supports mobile devices as well as desktops and requires a tech-savvy individual eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website events and alerts in real time and respond or escalate as needed.
• Provide on-call support for 3rd shift and weekends; coordinate with leadership to understand daily/weekly responsibilities.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure error-free operation and prepare standard analytical reports.
