Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Perioperative Sales Executive to drive anesthesia care portfolio sales across North Texas and Oklahoma. You will own the capital sales process for anesthesia workstations and related solutions, engaging IDNs and large hospitals.

Preferred candidates have capital equipment sales experience in OR environments, strategic planning skills, and the ability to communicate clinical benefits into business value. Remote work support with travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Capital equipment sales experience in anesthesia, patient monitoring, critical care, or surgical environments.
• Experience selling into complex hospital systems and IDNs.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into business value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy and achieve assigned quota for North Texas & Oklahoma.
• Lead the capital sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, and contract closure.
• Build relationships with Chiefs of Anesthesiology, Perioperative leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Education to deliver a superior customer experience.
