Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Perioperative Sales Executive to lead the anesthesia care portfolio across major New England health systems. This remote role covers MA, NH, CT, and VT with up to 60% travel.

You will own the full capital-sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, building strong relationships with C-suite and perioperative leadership. You will develop territory plans, conduct clinical demonstrations, and align with marketing, service, and clinical education to deliver a superior

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field; clinical background or MBA is a plus.
• Five years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or applications a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment.
• Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate them into business solutions.
• Capability to work within a matrix sales organization and drive accountability to targets.
• Expected Travel: up to 60% and residence within MA, NH, CT or VT.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned order and revenue quota for the Perioperative Care portfolio across the territory.
• Drive the capital sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, workflow analysis, demonstrations, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Chiefs of Anesthesiology, Directors of Surgery, and Perioperative leadership.
• Create territory business plans and quarterly funnel forecasts.
• Conduct high-impact clinical demonstrations and presentations.
• Partner with clinical specialists during evaluations and post-install issue resolution.
• Support IDN initiatives, standardization projects, and new-facility builds.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and account support to ensure satisfaction.
