Draeger, Inc. seeks a Perioperative Sales Executive to drive the anesthesia and monitoring portfolio across major health systems in the New England region. You will manage the full capital-sales cycle for OR infrastructure, anesthesia workstations, and monitoring solutions.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clinical knowledge, and the ability to translate workflows into business value. Expect up to 60% travel within MA, NH, CT, and VT, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required or related field.
• Five years of sales experience in a related field; clinical/surgical equipment experience a plus.
• Experience in strategic, complex selling environments and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Draeger Anesthesia Care portfolio across major health systems in New England.
• Own capital-sales process for anesthesia workstations in OR, anesthesia, and perioperative services.
• Develop territory strategy, build C-level relationships, and present clinical/economic value propositions.
• Conduct high-impact clinical demonstrations, trials, and post-install support with service teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Education to ensure a superior customer experience.
