Job summary

RYZE is seeking a video editor to power its paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok from anywhere in the world. This remote, contract role focuses on fast-paced, performance-driven editing of raw footage into high-conversion social ads, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted creativity and data-driven iteration.

You will work with scripts, b-roll, captions, and effects to optimize pacing, engagement, and clarity, delivering multiple ad variants under tight deadlines while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Proven experience editing paid social ads for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of audio editing, captioning, pacing, and color correction.
• Comfort working with AI tools as part of daily creative production.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, conversion-focused social ads.
• Assemble ads using scripts, storyboards, and assets to support testing velocity.
• Add captions, transitions, sound design, music, b-roll, and visual effects for engagement.
• Ensure pacing and timing optimized for paid social performance.
• Write and apply clear English captions reinforcing messaging and hooks.
• Apply color correction and visual enhancements to maintain brand consistency.
• Use Premiere Pro as primary editing tool; After Effects and Photoshop as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality.
• Manage multiple ad edits and iterations and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback quickly based on creative direction and performance data.
