Job summary

Liftoff is seeking a Performance Strategy professional to optimize campaigns and drive data-driven growth across customers. You will partner with account teams and the revenue group to develop optimization strategies and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing performance improvements.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes analytics, hypothesis testing, and cross-functional collaboration to balance performance with scalable growth across Liftoff's client base.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience.
• Ability to draw insights from data and present clear conclusions.
• Strong organizational and proactive output-driven approach.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal point of contact for key clients and optimize campaigns.
• Formulate campaign optimization strategies with the revenue team.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and meet pre-launch requirements.
• Launch and monitor campaigns, flag non-standard issues, and adjust as needed.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations for quick troubleshooting and deep dives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional projects including experiments and product releases.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge in team meetings.
