Pomelo Care is seeking a Manager of Performance Creative Strategy to own the creative lifecycle from insights to post-campaign analysis. You will architect the creative pipeline, diversify formats, and scale concepts for our new DTC (peri)menopause program, reporting to the Head of Growth (New Ventures).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, or creative strategy at a DTC brand, healthtech, or agency.

Responsabilités

• Mine qualitative and quantitative data to develop patient insights for messaging and creative angles.
• Spot emerging formats and ad trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
• Build and manage a streamlined creative operations workflow with external partners.
• Drive rapid asset production and testing cycles.
• Analyze performance with the Growth team and iterate based on results.
