Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bids, testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust for cost-per-appointment targets.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences and messaging; contribute to ad copy and messaging.
• Configure tracking, Calendly integrations, and lead routing workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
