We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects, using our video sales letter approach that has driven substantial AUM opportunities across the country. This hands-on Paid Media Strategist role covers client relationships and campaign performance, owning accounts from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact; lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking; manage budgets and testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, calendar integrations, automation, and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues across platforms.
